New Additions

WOW! It has been so long since I had time to write down and blog. This month has been a whirlwind. Adyson got sick two weeks ago with a bad cold, and it turned into croup. For three nights she was really sick and had a hard time breathing. It was so scary! The doctor put her on some steroids, and that seemed to help loosen everything up so that she didnt have to go to the hospital. Scott was out of town on a business trip in Salida, so I was home alone with a very sick baby. My sweet Mother-in-Law came down to help for two of the scary nights, and it was increddible to have her help. For most of that week, Ady was up from usually about 12:30AM to 5:30AM coughing and stuffy and crying. Needless to say, I got sick the following week with a terrible cold and laryngitis(scott was out of town that week too!) The good thing about him being out of town is that he missed out on a yucky cold! *sigh* Finally, we are all healthy this week. :)

Scott got home this weekend, and we braved the overwhelming babymania at BabiesRUs, and we found a highchair and a new bouncy cool toy for Ady. It was so much fun! I have added some pictures of her in these new additions.


For those of you who are familiar with my pets, you will be quite suprised by the next picture. I know I was pretty shocked when I went upstairs to make our bed and found this sight.





Can you believe it?! Although their truce didnt last long, it was so enjoyable to see Charlie and Izzyactually get along for once. Shortly after, they were back at it again. Charlie backs Izzy into a corner and then Izzy boxes him with his front paws. Izzy then makes a fast break for it and Charlie chases after him down the stairs, up the stairs, around the table, and then under the table. Then... Repeat. ALL DAY!
